  1. Pre-Order:
    Our pre-order products are items that are available for purchase before they are officially released or restocked. By placing a pre-order, customers can secure their desired item in advance and ensure they don't miss out on popular or limited-edition products. Pre-ordering also allows us to gauge demand and optimize production quantities, reducing waste and promoting sustainability in our supply chain. Please note that pre-order items have specific delivery dates, which will be communicated to customers during the ordering process.

     

  2. Products in stock:
    a. If the product you have ordered is in stock, we are committed to deliver it within 1 to 3 working days for Santo Domingo and 3 to 7 working days for the interior of the Dominican Republic.
    b. The delivery time starts from the working day following the confirmation of your order.
    c. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

     

  3. Productos in re-stock:
    a. As we are an exclusive brand with limited garments, some of our products may be subject to re-stock. The estimated delivery time for products in stock will be up to 15 working days for Santo Domingo and 20 working days for the interior of the Dominican Republic.
    b. Delivery time may vary depending on how long it takes to restore stock of exclusive products.
    c. We will keep you informed about the status of your order and any relevant updates during this period.

     

  4. Communication via WhatsApp:
    a. For more efficient communication and timely updates on the status of your shipment, we recommend that you provide us with your WhatsApp number when placing your order.
    b. Upon receiving your WhatsApp number, our customer support team will contact you to provide you with information about your order confirmation, shipping tracking and any other queries related to delivery.

    Please note that your WhatsApp number will only be used for purposes related to the delivery process and will not be shared with third parties. We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection policies.

     

  5. Delivery:
    a. Local: We are pleased to offer free shipping for the entire Dominican Republic**.
    b. International: Not yet available**.
